Fasting is one of the most powerful methods of detoxification and revitalization of the body. It accelerates the elimination of toxins and allows a return to health. It gives the necessary time to the vital energy to carry out this work of cleaning and allows true introspection. It acts on different levels: physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. It can support healing, lessen and sometimes eliminate health problems.

The fast we practice is a preventive fast inspired by the Buchinger method. It consists of a diluted vegetable/fruit juice in the morning, water and herbal tea at will during the day, and a vegetable broth in the evening.

These intakes, which do not exceed 250 kcal over a day, allow your body to cleanse itself thoroughly while ensuring a minimal intake of minerals and electrolytes.

For your fast to be successful, it is recommended to prepare yourself. We will accompany you in this transition phase beforehand. The time of the descent and the resumption of food intake must be equal to the duration of the fast; in our case 7 days of fasting = 7 days of preparation and 7 days of resumption. It is also possible to extend the fasting and recovery phases.

It is, therefore, necessary to count on 3 weeks in all for good detoxification.

In practice, the descent and the resumption of food consist in eliminating or adding food gradually, in stages, that allow entering the fast gently.
During your stay, we will approach, during a workshop, the fasting in-depth, to help you to understand this simple and natural method of detoxification and regeneration.
