The program

Several activities to choose from


Soft walking

Ibiza has many hiking trails for all levels. The hikes are adapted to the fasting. The idea is to walk gently and enjoy the nature of the mild Spanish autumn / winter / spring. The hikes range from 4 to 8 km, or between 1 to 3 hours of walking per day. We have chosen to walk mainly by the sea to enjoy the benefits of the sea air.

Several workshops are proposed to you: fasting and detoxification, nutrition, biobreathing, documentaries of your choice and surprise evenings.

Yoga and body awakening

Every day, a morning body awakening and yoga classes is offered to you. Gentle movements support detoxification.

A typical day

8:00 a.m. - Wake up gently and check up with the naturopath
9:00 a.m. - Sharing of diluted vegetable/fruit juice
9:30 a.m. - Body awakening
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Soft walk depending on weather conditions
2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Free time and à la carte treatments
5:30 p.m. - Yoga or other activities in the dome
7:30 p.m. - Broth
8:30 p.m. - Health workshop evening / nutrition / recovery / documentary, etc.

The program may be subject to modifications according to weather conditions (in case of heavy rain).
